Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of serum Cystatin C(Cys C) on the incidence of essential hypertension and hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 27 cases of hypertensive(observation group 1) and 27 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(observation group 2) from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected, and the 54 cases of normal people (control group) were selected as the research objects. The serum Cys C, Triacylglyceral (TG) and total cholesterol (TC) levels of the three groups and the pressure of the observation group 2 and control group were analyzed. Results The serum Cys C level in observation group 2 [(1.10±0.271) mg/L] was higher than that in the observation group 1[(1±0.26) mg/L], the difference was significant (P<0.01). The systolic blood pressure[(168.57 ±28.64)mmHg, 1 mmHg=0.133 kPa]and diastolic blood pressure[(95.56±14.68)mmHg]in the observation group 2 were higher than those in the control group[(118.1±16.23), (76.80 ±8.76)mmHg, respectively], the differences were significant (P<0.01). Conclusions The serum Cys C level is closely correlated with hypertension and hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, and the serum Cys C levels are high in primary hypertension and hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients, it can increase the incidence of primary hypertension and hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
