TOWN-PLANNING ANALYSIS OF INSTITUTIONS OF COMPLETE SECONDARY EDUCATION IN RIVNE

Abstract

Reform of the urban and architectural complex in Ukraine leads to radical changes in the organization of network of public service institutions. Modern town-planning situation in Ukraine is complex. In the urban environment, especially in the Central areas of cities, the growth of the housing stock is carried out mainly by the sealing of existing buildings. As a result, the building structure is modified, disrupted the norm not the provision of public service institutions, especially institutions of ed-ucation. In Ukraine, in particular in Rivne, particularly acute problem of providing institutions of upper secondary education, the construction of new residential neigh-borhoods and apartment complexes that negatively affects the occupancy rate, ranges service, mobility and other urban parameters of already existing institutions. The arti-cle considers the condition of the institutions of upper secondary education in the city and in the whole Ukraine. Characterized by problems in the functioning of the exist-ing material-spatial environment of institutions of upper secondary education. Ana-lyzed the institution's modern requirements for the main groups of factors and their influence on the comfortable living conditions of the inhabitants and their mobility. In modern demographic situation and of the reform of upper secondary education studied the security of residents of Rivne institutions of upper secondary education. The basic problems of architectural and urban planning solutions. The optimal num-ber of required training places in educational institutions of secondary education. The analysis of provision in institutions of secondary education of all districts, and espe-cially new residential complexes Rivne, their condition and compliance with current requirements and planning rules. Recommendations for the organization of the insti-tutions of upper secondary education for new residential developments in the city of Rivne in compliance with the basic urban planning requirements.
