Abstract
In this paper we explore consciousness as the leading principle to manage towards a successful and healthy organisation. To do this we bring together findings significant to management theory, practice and leadership from amongst others the emerging scientific paradigms of complexity theory, quantum field theory, living systems biology, and mind-body healing, and apply this to organisational structure. This paper aims at suggesting a workable measurement of organisational consciousness, based on the concept of coherence on both the individual and the organisational levels. Finally the systemic integration of coherence and corporate success are explored.
