Abstract
Lithium-oxygen batteries with high energy densities are limited by pure oxygen feeding and side reactions that hinder their practical applications. In a recent Nature paper, Asadi et al. proposed powerful designs in a lithium-oxygen battery that offers an excellent cycle life in air-like atmosphere, a step closer to true lithium-air batteries.
