Abstract

The article analyzes the state of the regulatory framework and its implementation on the labor market in the field of requirements for the qualification of employees and the introduction of professional standards, since today in the Russian Federation the issue of a shortage of highly qualified labor has arisen. Moreover, the labor market demanded specialists both in traditional professions and in fundamentally new ones that have no domestic analogues. Therefore, the need to create and implement new more effective and reliable approaches and methods of action and regulation in the field is obvious. One of these methods that can solve the impending problem is the creation of an effective system of criteria for the qualification of an employee and professional standards.
