Abstract
目的 探讨介入性聚胺酯支架(支撑器)置入术治疗泪道阻塞的方法.方法 23例(29眼)表麻下冲洗泪道,再X光下用导丝进行泪道探查,冲洗通畅后,置入介入性聚胺酯支架,再行泪道造影,确定支架位置,生理盐水冲洗支架.结果 支架置入术后当天,溢泪均得到明显改善,分别于术后1天、7天冲洗泪道,六月行泪囊造影,显示支架位置正常、泪道冲洗通畅.25眼有效(86.21%).结论介入性聚胺酯支架置入术具有微创、准确、安全和实用等特点。
