Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effective factors of using ICT from the perspective of professors and students of Payam Noor University of Mazandaran .All professors and students of Payam Noor University of Mazandaran were selected as study population.sample size were selected according to scientific principles and sample size tables of 247 professors and 381 students as well as multi stage cluster sampling method of mentioned population.the research method is survey-based and the questionnaire was used to analyse the questions related to survey.Therefore the questionnaire containing 21 questions which include five components:cultural factors,human factors,technical and physical factors and financial factors and also comparison between these factors.to review the factors of ICT usage,professors and students point of view were considered.To determine the validity of questionnaire,content and formal validity were used and the reliability of questionnaire was 96% which calculated by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. For data analysis of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics,the T-test and multi-variable regression were used.The research results show that the order of factor's effects of using ICT from the professors point of view are: technical and physical factors,financial factors,human factors and cultural factors,respectively.and from students point of view are include human factors,financial factors,technical and physical factors,and cultural factors,respectively.
