Abstract

During the COVID-19 epidemic, the legislator took a number of legislative initiatives to respond to the negative effects of the epidemic. These activities also include solutions in the field of collective labor law, which raise fundamental doubts from the point of view of international and constitutional standards, posing a threat to the autonomy of social partners and the freedom of social dialogue. In this text, the author analyzes these provisions in the context of international law and the Polish Constitution
