Abstract
Thoracic endovascular aortic repair is a common reparative approach to aortic injury. Common long-term complications include endo-leak and stent migration. However, in some patients, an aortic arch repair with debranching may reduce the risk of further endo-leakage and migration. This poster presentation aimed to outline a novel approach to an open thoracic endovascular aortic repair (TEVAR) stent migration with an aortic arch repair with debranching utilising a 20-mm Gelweave straight graft anastomosed end-to-end.
