Abstract
目的 总结超早期小骨窗微创手术治疗高血压脑出血的经验.方法 回顾分析2002年3月至2005年8月小骨窗微创手术180例病例资料.结果 死亡53例,127例存活者以日常生活能力分级法评价:Ⅰ级18例(10%),Ⅱ级40例(22%),Ⅲ级51例(28%),Ⅳ级18例(10%),Ⅴ级0例.结论 超早期小骨窗微创手术是治疗高血压脑出血的有效方法,同样适合于基层医院开展。
