Abstract

This paper deals with the study of the stress-strain state of the rock mass undermined by stoping and having a geological anomaly. The problem is solved in an elastoplastic formulation. The numerical implementation is based on the finite element method. Conditions of the contact opening between the layers of the waterblocking strata and the overlying water-saturated horizons are specified. The proposed approach makes it possible to determine the parameters for the development of water-soluble minerals that ensure the safety of mining operations and protect mines from flooding
