Abstract
Online video lectures often represent a passive way of learning which does not fit the needs of a diverse group of students. To tackle this issue, we present a comprehensive structure of an AI-powered international management course with specific technical features (e.g., voice and transcript translation) to create a more personalized and inclusive learning experience. Furthermore, we discuss the risks of the digital divide among students and how IB educators could address them by proper AI integration. For this purpose, we provide three practical steps for educators – assess, evaluate, and engage – to optimize their courses using the AI tools introduced in this paper.
