Abstract
In this interview, French-American author Antoine Bello discusses his work An American Novel (2014) and the role of fiction and literature in creating truth. He also comments on current trends in television and cinema and his support for the Wikipedia Foundation. The interview was conducted after Bello’s presentation at the Winthrop-King conference Stars and Strife: Writing America in Recent French and Francophone Literature at Florida State University.
