Abstract
Objective: This study aimed to explain the tasks of Arab civil society organizations and their role in preparing youth leaders. Theoretical Framework: Civil society organizations have become an important partner for state institutions and their various bodies in various fields. These organizations have imposed themselves as facilities and a necessary partner for these official institutions, as they are indispensable because of the influence they have gained in the midst of society and the state. Method: It relied on a qualitative approach based on open interviews. The research community was represented by all those in charge of managing Arab civil society organizations interested in youth development. It was also represented by young people participating in leadership development activities. The sample of the study was (32) individuals. Results and Discussion: The results of the study showed that there is an active role for civil society organizations in preparing youth leaders, by raising their capabilities and skills through the activities and events held by these organizations. Research Implications: Organizational and spread within the society in which it carries out its various activities, as the establishment of civil society requires the presence of organizations and institutions that are active in many different fields independently of the official state institutions. Originality/Value: After we know the real (actual) role played by Arab civil society organizations in the preparation of young leaders, we should include these recommendations, work to raise awareness among civil society organizations among the segments of society, promote the culture of volunteering among community members, work to establish committees that work on scientific coordination between civil society organizations to clarify the roles played by civil society organizations.
