The Study on the Investment Value of "Internet +" Concept Stock in China 's A-share Market

Abstract

In March 5th 2015, in the third session of the 12 National people's Congress, Premier Li Keqiang put forward the Internet+ action plan for the first time in the government work report. It is pointed out that mobile Internet, cloud computing, big data and so on should be combined with modern manufacturing industry to promote the healthy development of e-commerce, industrial internet and internet finance. This paper focuses on the investment value of + concept stocks in China's A-share market, focusing on the discussion of the hot stock sector of China in the past two years. After introducing the Internet+ environment in China, this paper puts forward the hypothesis that the Internet concept stock market is a semi-strong efficient market through the analysis of the stock price trend of related concept plates. Then we use the linear regression model to determine the correlation between Internet+ concept stocks and A shares. Finally, we select three representative stocks in the Internet+ concept stocks, such as finance, medical treatment and manufacturing, to carry out fundamental analysis, thus testing the hypothesis that the concept stock market is semi-strong efficient market. At last, we provide some investment strategies for investors.
