The studies of the pharmacological properties of pessaries "melanizol" and "klimedeks" on the model of experimental vaginitis

The high incidence of nonspecific vaginitis, frequent recurrences, and a lot of numbers low therapeutic efficacy of this disease treatments are a topical problem in gynecology
The study have been carried out on the model of vaginitis induced in female rats by a mixture of terebenthine oil and dimethyl sulfoxide
It was found that the pessaries Melanizol and Klimedeks have shown anti-inflammatory and antibacterial activity on the model of experimental vaginitis by reducing the ESR, the number of leukocytes and normalizing the indigenous vaginal microflora
Summary
The study have been carried out on the model of vaginitis induced in female rats by a mixture of terebenthine oil and dimethyl sulfoxide. The effectiveness of the treatment was determined by the number of leukocytes, ESR and the study of the microflora of the vagina
