Abstract
The subject of the following text is a model analysis of what results from the mutual relations of the state and power in a liberal-democratic system for the phenomenon of human labor and an attempt to formulate conclusions resulting from this for the Polish legal regulation of work. I start by establishing some fundamental issues, and thus defining, from the perspective of law (labor law), the concept of the state and power. And then I would like to show its fundamental consequences in the field of axiology of labor law
