Abstract
Microcirculatiory in capillary of the nail bed in children and adolescents show the different gastroduodenal pathology. 130 children were examined: 60 - with chronic gastroduodenal pathology, 60- with functional disorders of the digestive system and 10 - healthy children.For evaluation of the microcirculation of the nail bed all children held capillaroscopic examination. Quantitative and qualitative indicators in children were estimated time of capillaroscopy of the nail bed at children. Children with chronic gastroduodenitishad more often symptoms of the microcirculatory disorders: abnormal capillary tortuosity, the existence of the "sladge" phenomenon,local spasm of the capillaries and slowing of blood flow, changes in the capillary, which is understandable consequence of the autonomic dysregulation, which in its turn is accompanied by the hemodynamic changes. Microcirculation gastroduodenitismore often found disorders in children with chronic that could be explained by the result of autonomic disregulation which in its turn is accompanied by microcirculation disorders at all levels, including the capillary.
