The spatial development strategy of agricultural land use in the Non-Black Earth economic zone of Russia

Abstract

The article deals with the model of spatial development of agricultural land use, and the functions of land resources as well as the objective factors influencing the formation of land relations in the Non-Black Earth Region and the organization of land administration. A brief analysis of the main phenomena and processes in agricultural land use take place in this paper. The ways of development of agricultural land use as a means of production are considered here as well. The authors propose the forecast for the development of agricultural land use and formulate the goals, objectives and main directions of the strategy for the spatial development of agricultural land use. It is shown that the program-target scenario will be the most important in the development of agricultural land use in the Non-Black Earth Region of Russia.
