Abstract
The article discusses the strategies and models of intra-country spatial development of agricultural land use with a focus on the development of export-oriented agricultural production; production designed to satisfy the internal demand of the entire population for healthy nutrition; production that provides the existing domestic demand of the population and satisfaction of export demand through surplus in agricultural production, the development of agricultural production with the active participation of medium and small businesses - the basis of the local rural economy, ensuring the profitability of rural households, the population of rural areas, and the sustainability of rural life.
