The significance of blood coagulation function and hemodynamic detection of uterine artery in threatened abortion

Abstract

Objective To investigate the application value of D-D/R, Fib, PLT and uterine artery hemodynamics Methods (1)We detected O-D/R, Fib, PLT of venous blood in 228cases of normal pregnant women and threatened abortion patients. (2)Hemodynamic detection of uterine artery was adopted in two groups. (3)These indexes were detected again in threatened abortion patients cured successfully. Results (1)There was no significant dif-ference in D-D/R, Fib, PLT between successful treatment of threatened abortion patients and normal pregnant women. (2)There was obviously statistical difference in unsuccessful treat-ment of threatened abortion patients and normal pregnant women. No difference was found in hemodynamic detection of uterine artery. (3)No difference was found in these indexs before and after successful treatment of threatened abortion patients. Conclusion We can regard D-D/R. Fib as reference index for the prognosis of threatened abortion. Key words: Threatened abortion; Blood coagulation: Function uterine artery
