Abstract
Paper chromatographic conditions for the purification of carrier-free tellurium tracers (from zirconium tracer and from copper in macro quantities), as well as for the separation of Te IV and Te VI ions, have been established. The low R F values of Te VI in butanol/HCl mixtures have been explained by the tendency of telluric acid to polymerization.
