Abstract
目的 探讨经纤维支气管镜针吸活检(TBNA)细胞学检查在肺癌淋巴分期和病理分型中的临床应用价值.方法对术前胸部CT检查疑有纵隔淋巴结转移的46例肺癌患者行TBNA检查,并与术后病理检查结果进行对比.结果46例患者经TBNA检查10个解剖部位94组淋巴结.其中,术前TBNA阳性59组、术后经病理证实者阳性67组,准确率88%;细胞学分型总符合率82.6%;术前TBNAc-N分期与术后p-N分期对比正确率达86.9%(40/46).结论经TBNA进行肺癌淋巴结分期、病理分型均有较高准确率,具有较高的临床实用价值。
