Abstract

The following dissertationis based on research that recapitulates the teachers’ view of the role of school headmasters in this process. The quoted theoretical contexts and research prove that this role is significant. Without a strong and inclusive leader, inclusion only happens behind the closed doors of the classroom. The research project was planned to show how today's Polish teachers talk about their superiors in the context of building of this culture. Part of the research results, concerning the pro-inclusiveness of school leaders, its assessment and the assessment of their own contribution to this process – is the field of analysis for this study.
