Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of the co-participatory nursing management based on the magnetic management concept on improving the stability of the nursing team. Methods From June 2015 to April 2016, a total of 34 nurses before the department implemented the co-participatory nursing management based on the magnetic management concept were selected as the control group.From September 2016 to July 2017, a total of 34 nurses after the department implemented the nursing management model were selected as the observation group.The nursing quality, nurses' comprehensive quality, turnover rate and their satisfaction with nursing management mode were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of nurses' comprehensive quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The turnover rate of the observation group was 2.94% lower than that of the control group's 17.65%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction scores of nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of nursing quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions The implementation of the concept of magnetic management under the co-participatorty of nursing management can significantly improve the overall quality of nurses, significantly improve their satisfaction with nursing management.At the same time, it can improve the stability of the nurse team and the management quality of the department.
