Abstract
The article discusses the problem of organization and implementation of pedagogical practice in the preparation of bachelors - teachers of chemistry and biology. The problem of “teacher-student” interaction in the conditions of the modern educational environment is considered. The problem of burnout of teachers and their excessive workload is analyzed as a factor of unfavorable communication with students. The causes of conflict situations between students and teachers are investigated. The authors draw attention to the inconsistency of the existing requirements, their inadequacy and actual significance in the development of schoolchildren. The problem of formal education is substantiated and the necessity of learning in practice is emphasized. The existing assessment systems in the form of test papers and exams, in fact, play a positive role in their theoretical presentation, but not in practical implementation. According to the actual observation of students, it is concluded that the main reason is the attitude to the test papers and exams of teachers, parents. Children are subjected to strong psychological pressure, which subsequently leads to neurological disorders. It is necessary to shift the emphasis in education to the person himself, and not to his quantitative results, and create conditions in which learning and teaching will be comfortable and interesting. The authors want to draw attention to the indifference and automatism that has formed in the digital age. The problems described in the article are partly determined by the state of society. The era of globalization erases national and cultural norms, and people rush into technology, in fact, adjusting themselves and others to certain standards. The person of the future should not become a bot. We insist that people should think independently and carry out creative activity. It is necessary to be a creator, not a consumer, whom modern society is trying so hard to form.
