The paper examines the various risks associated with cyber security, such as privacy violations and data breaches, and highlights the need for flexible cyber security policies and regulations that can adapt to the rapidly changing digital landscape. Moreover, the paper recommends a multi-stakeholder approach to cyber security that takes into account the interests of all parties involved, including governments, businesses, and individuals.
