Abstract

Continuous training of teachers presents a wide range of actions focused on the ability to choose and make decisions because the dynamics of these actions correlate with the needs of professional and personal development. The process of in-service teacher training requires a systemic approach. The professional field size of teacher interaction has three dimensions:social, comunicative and the axes of the professional balance at the personal (I), professional (Profession) and the general work environment (Environment) levels. This article focuses on the dimensions of the professional field of teacher interaction, as a response to what a teacher is or does.
