Abstract

Abstract A key factor in the success of inclusive education is the future teachers’ professional competence to work with children with disabilities formation. In terms of inclusive education the teacher should have new conceptual thinking, the ability to recognize the personal and social significance of professional activities for children with disabilities and to take responsibility for the quality of the result formed. Authors on the basis of competence approach offer the most effective and scientifically proved teaching ways, forms and methods of the teachers’ readiness to work with children with disabilities formation on the basis of competence-based approach.
