THE PROCEDURE OF MINIMIZATION OF WORKING COSTS IN LOGISTICAL PROCESS OF CONTAINER TRANSPORTATIONS ON SEA TRANSPORT IN THE CONDITIONS OF INCOMPLETE DEFINITENESS OF THE INITIAL INFORMATION

Abstract

The existing mathematical apparatus used by the logistical companies, not always corresponds to the set practical problems, without considering specific mathematical concepts and nuances, the inattention to which can lead to the big losses. Therefore there is a necessity of creation of techniques, algorithms which at use of a modern mathematical apparatus and the computer technology, will allow to optimise activity of the companies, especially, to reduce shipping charges and by that to influence attractiveness of the company to the Client. Main objective of the given work is research of an incorrect problem of minimisation of working costs in logistical process of container transportations on sea transport in the conditions of incomplete definiteness of the initial information, creation of a procedure of solution of this problem, approbation of this technique and on the basis of the developed technique creation of the program for the further introduction in the logistical environment. As a result of research the model of an incorrect transport-logistical problem of management is developed by transport process, the algorithm of minimisation of working costs with the help of systems like "Matlab" and « Mathcad » were developed, the program of minimisation of working costs in "Matlab" system which is approved on model of the Baltic container terminal with the chosen container vessels making route on two lines, Kaliningrad-Rotterdam and Kaliningrad-Hamburg is written. Results of research and solution technique are new. The further working for programming languages and visually clear interface will allow to introduce the given program in work of the organisations connected with logistics.
