Abstract

With the continuous change of the external conditions of the higher medical education, students are affected by various factors and the qualities of clinical teaching obviously descended.This paper, which analyzes the main factors of impacting on current clinical practice, provides the following ways:setting up a clinical skills training center, using the standardized patient model, implementing PBL teaching method and formulate scientific and rational evaluation system, adjusting the time of the clinical practice and using layered management in order to strengthen the culture of clinical comprehensive competence of the medical students and improve the quality of clinical practice teaching.
