Abstract
In recent years,Teaching and Research Section of Surgery of Medical College of Xiamen University enhanced the training of interns' clinical practical skills by working out the clinical teaching system, strengthening the training of clinical skills, standardizing the assessment of clinical skills and completing the appropriate means of supporting measures. It was found that enhancing the training and assessment of interns' clinical skills greatly strengthened the interns' learning purpose, guaranteed the quality of clinical practice teaching, and improved the clinical practice abilities of interns at last.
