Abstract

In the modern world political process, for a long period of time, the tendencies to increase destabilization and crisis phenomena have been increasing. They are manifested not only in the growth of crisis phenomena, the increasing unevenness of the progress movement of the different states, but also in the increasing use of economic sanctions against various countries of the world by the civilized.
