Abstract
In recent years, there has been a severe situation of middle and primary school students dropping out of school and getting lost in society, getting involved in delinquent criminal behavior that is in violation of the law, and severely affecting the peace and order of society. This is a social problem that deserves attention and must be studied and resolved. Related units, such as the judicial and law enforcement departments of Beijing municipality, the Education Bureau, the Institute of Social Sciences, and the Institute of Youth Studies of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, have joined together to form a combined investigative group to conduct a survey and study of this problem.
