Abstract
AbstractThe spectral and angular distributions of parametric X‐ray radiation from relativistic electrons in the case of three‐wave asymmetric coplanar diffraction are obtained. A detailed numerical calculation of angular and spectral distributions in Si is derived for the case of arbitrary angle of particle incidence on the crystal target surface.
