It is an important aspect of the development of ethnic education to pay attention to the psychological status of such a special group. At present, there are a lot of researches on the psychological health service needs of college students at home and abroad, but the researches on the psychological health service needs of minority college students are less, and mainly focus on the application. Therefore, the research on the needs of minority college students for group counseling and group counseling is of great theoretical significance.
