Abstract

Silla dynasty was estabished on the basis of Sundo from Tangun Chosun 檀君朝鮮, the national ideal envisioned on the founding of acountry, and the leading group was the royal family of the Parks originated with the Priest-King Park-Hyokkose朴赫居世.<BR> This study is on Park-jesang朴堤上 who was the prominent person of King Pasa婆娑王 lineage of the royal family of the Parks in late 4th~early 5th century.<BR> King Pasa lineage among the royal family of the Parks was the very important elder family that had produced many great masters of Sundo, i.e. Kalmoonwang Ado阿道葛文王(Sundo-master Chamsi?始仙人), Pajinchan Mulpoom勿品波珍飡(Mulgaeja勿稽子), Park-jesang朴堤上, Baekgyeolseonsang 百結先生.<BR> As King Pasa lineage was bestowed an obligation of defending the country, Pajinchan Mulpoom moved to the province of Saprangju?良州 in late 2nd century. Since then King Pasa lineage played a role to defend a neighboring country, Gaya伽倻.<BR> Due to these family career, Park-jesang was born in Saprangju and moved to capital for his studies and government service, finally he was appointed to the governor of Saprangju.<BR> During King Silsung實聖’s reign, Park-jesang retired into the cottage Jingsimheon澄心軒 in the province of Saprangju and compiled the huge scale Sundobook 『Jingsimrok澄心錄』consulting the household and the royal household Sundobooks.<BR> At that time Silla was got subordinate to Koguryo高句麗 and King Silsung removed the ex-king’s princes one by one with Koguryo’ssupport. As a Sundo elder-statesman, Park-jesang leaded to King Noolgi訥祗’s reforming the government by deposing訥祗反正.<BR> Also to retrievethe national prestige of Silla, he played an important role in the return of King Noolgi’s younger brothers王弟歸還 from Koguryo and Yae倭. In the course of this work, his diplomatic policy was based on the Sundo from Tangun Chosun, i.e. ‘Budo theory符都論’.
