Abstract

In the publication in question, attention was drawn to the demarcation of real estate according to the first criterion provided for in Art. 153 of the Civil Code, that is according to the legal status. The author tries to answer the question of the impact of a final decision confirming the purchase of one of the demarcated real estates on the demarcation proceedings, quoting in this respect the jurisprudence of the Supreme Court and common courts related to this issue.
