Abstract

The article considers competence as one of the main indicators of the education’s result, as a system of dynamically developing personality characteristics that represent a common set of knowledge, skills, abilities, and qualities: personal and business, showing the use of modern technologies and methods of solving different levels. There is the analysis of psychological and pedagogical sources on the approaches to formation the professional competence of bachelors’ students. The article presents an analysis of the components and features included in the professional competence, which make up the competency model. This paper demonstrates objective factors that contribute to the development of professional competence. These factors include common principles of organization and development of professional competence in the educational environment of the University. It is revealed that one of the areas of application of information educational technologies in the educational process is a design and research activity of students, as informational and educational technology the main component of work on the project during all stages. Design methods and modular technology - effective ways to meet new challenges. Modular technology provides the possibility of formation the basic professional competencies and to develop grouped methodological skills. The future professional activity of bachelors’ students in modern educational environments depends on their competence in the application of information educational technologies in various subject areas.
