THE LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT’ COMPONENTS OF THE INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE STAFF’ LABOR POTENTIAL: SCIENTIFIC-METHODICAL BASIS

Abstract

Goal. To form a scientific-methodical approach to the determination of the methods of logistic management of the labor potential of the personnel of an industrial enterprise by determining the sequence of implementation of the stages of the methodology for the selection of such methods, taking into account the factors of movement, which, as a result, should allow to justify the economic efficiency of a specific management action. Method. Methods of studying and summarizing information, methods of system analysis, synthesis, and generalization were used for the research. The results. The article examines the peculiarities of the formation of the conceptual basis for the construction of the mechanism of logistics management of the labor potential of the personnel of an industrial enterprise, based on the generalization of which, certain algorithms are proposed for the formation of the methodology for the selection of methods of management of the labor potential of the personnel taking into account the factors of movement, which, in the end, will allow to justify the economic efficiency of such a management action. Scientific novelty. The generalized stages of the methodology for choosing methods of managing the labor potential of personnel, taking into account movement factors, are defined. Practical value. As a result of the generalization of the researched information on the factors, causes, costs and methods of managing the movement of the labor potential of the company's personnel, the proposed matrix of the choice of methods of managing the movement of the labor potential of the personnel of industrial enterprises is presented. The use of such a matrix makes it possible to identify trends in the movement of the labor potential of the personnel of an industrial enterprise for the selection of appropriate organizational and management solutions aimed at ensuring the conditions for the effective realization of the creative, physical and labor potential of personnel.
