Abstract

Purpose. The aim of the article is to research features of national model of management and its influence on the mechanism of management of the personnel of the enterprises of tourism. Methodology of research. General scientific methods are used in the process of research, namely: methods of theoretical generalization – to study the features of the national model of management; systematic approach – to substantiate the negative impact of the existing management model on the mechanism of personnel management of the tourist enterprise; methods of analysis and synthesis – to determine the set of criteria for the formation of a modern management model in Ukraine and its importance for improving the efficiency of personnel management of tourism enterprises. Findings. The peculiarities of the national management model are studied. The mechanism of personnel management of a tourist enterprise is analysed taking into account the existing management model in Ukraine. The negative influence of the existing management model on the management processes in the tourist enterprise is established. A set of criteria for the formation of a modern management model in Ukraine has been identified. Originality. Scientific and theoretical bases of formation of modern model of management in Ukraine from the point of view of possible positive influence on administrative processes at the enterprises, including on process of management of the personnel of the tourist enterprise are developed. Practical value. The obtained results of the study are aimed at solving the problem of forming an effective modern management model in Ukraine, ensuring its positive impact on the management of domestic enterprises and can be used in practice to improve the mechanism of personnel management of tourism enterprises taking into account modern management trends.
