Abstract

Under the background of "promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity", collaborative innovative governance between universities and communities has become a future paradigm of modern social governance and an important part of governance innovation. Starting from the theoretical logic of collaborative governance between universities and communities, this paper analyzes the requirements of collaborative innovative governance between universities and communities in the new era by examining the reality of collaborative governance. On this basis, it is proposed that the collaborative innovation governance between universities and communities should form a collaborative governance practice path in terms of mechanism synergy, resource synergy, technology synergy and external environmental forces.
