Abstract

The article considers the legal regulation of the status of an employee of housing and communal services. Some examples of professional standards for individual positions of housing and communal services workers are given. The special rights and obligations of employees in this field are formulated. The author’s definition of the term «legal status of an employee of housing and communal services» is presented. It is proposed to adopt a Regulation on the working conditions of these employees.
