Abstract

Objective To investigate dietary patterns in patients with diabetes and their understanding of the situation in diabetic diet,in order to carry out targeted interventions based on diet. Methods In 35 patients with diabetes conducted a questionnaire survey, covering general information questionnaire, dietary surveys and cognition status of diabetic diet and so on. According to the percentage of the data were comparative analyzed. Results Of 35 patients with diabetes to receive dietary survey of cognitive status. ①The percentage of consistent implementation of the diet, most of the implementation and treated randomly were 62. 86% ,31.43% and 5.71% respectively. ②Think we should not eat more rice and medication for 85.71%, it may eat more rice and medication for 2. 86%, 11.43 % for the uncertainty. Conclusion The education level and course of the disease are related to diet cognitive status of diabetes mellitus patients. The higher the education level, the longer course of the disease, the higher their cognitive conditions. Key words: Diabetes mellitus; Dietary errors; Cognitive status
