Abstract
This paper selected a middle school with the highest comprehensive strength in each district of Beijing, China as the research object, and conducted a quantitative study on the status of innovative behavior of young teachers, the status of Service-Oriented Leadership perceived by young teachers, and the atmosphere of organizational innovation. the findings showed the research variables had significant positive effects on each other; and organizational innovation atmosphere played a moderating role between Service-Oriented Leadership and young teachers' innovative behavior, which indicated the stronger the organizational innovation atmosphere. The more effective the Service-Oriented Leadership is, and the influence of young teachers' innovative behavior is stronger.
