Abstract

The article presents a theoretical analysis of the problem of the influence of music on the development of speech in children from birth to primary school age. It is noted that music occupies a special place in the correctional work on speech development in preschoolers and younger schoolchildren. The influence of musical activity on the formation of all components of a child's speech through listening to music, singing, playing musical instruments, logorhythmics and the atricalization is considered. In conclusion, it is discussed that the use of an integrative approach, including musical accompaniment in speech development classes, has a positive effect on the formation of speech activity in schoolchildren.
