Abstract

The article presents the results of an empirical study of the military personnel professional activity specifics. The relevance of this work is determined. Its purpose, hypothesis, theoretical and practical significance, as well as theoretical and methodological justifications are indicated. The theory of self-determination (SDT) by E. Desi and R. Ryan is briefly described. The base and sample of the study are described. The used psychodiagnostics techniques are presented, the methods of mathematical and statistical processing of the obtained data are listed. The significant differences and interrelations found during the study are listed, statistical data, their psychological interpretation and possible explanation are presented. Conclusions are drawn about the possible prospects for further empirical research in this area.
