Abstract
The article deals with the issues of criminal-legal qualification of violations of labor protection requirements caused by victim behavior on the part of the victim himself. The article analyzes the cases of the victim's behavior, which were the basis for causing him criminal harm. Taking into account the materials of judicial practice, the rules for the qualification of such behavior of the victim and the role of this behavior for the punishment of the guilty person are given.
