Abstract
In recent years, more attention is paid to coarse dispersion, which includes neurotrophic factors. These coarse dispersions include Trofin - coarse dispersion of human embryonic nerve tissue. Past studies showed that the drug has Trofin protective properties, thus leveling development of sensorineural hearing loss. Evidence base served as a method of otoacoustic emissions for the first time in Ukraine was used in the experiment and allows to monitor daily changes in external hair cells spiral organ of guinea pigs.
