Abstract

This study aims to shed light on Jordan Academy of Music as one of music higher education universities in Jordan and acknowledge its role in music education and learning in Jordan. The study used the analytical descriptive approach to analyze the study plan of the bachelor degree to identify the vision of the academy while preparing their students. In addition، the study took a look at the graduates of the academy and identified their major field work and contribution in thye field of music education. One of the major goals of this study is to acknowledge the Academy’s strategy while preparing its students، and its role in music education and learning in Jordan. One of the most significant conclusions of the study was emphasizing the important role of the Academy in music education and learning in Jordan، by focusing on both aspects: education and performance in its strategy.
